In no party shall the RSC be liable for any damages including, with out limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or lack of use, knowledge or revenue, no matter if in action of contract, carelessness or other tortious action, arising outside of or in connection with the use of the material available
